Liberty Bridge is led by Bridger Pipeline, a family-owned, Wyoming-based company with decades of pipeline experience in the Rocky Mountain region. Bridger’s partner, South Bow, brings extensive experience developing and operating major pipeline systems across North America. Together, the partners bring complementary strengths to every stage of project development.

Bridger Pipeline LLC is a private family-owned company, and one of the True Family Companies based in Casper, WY. Founded in 1948, the True Companies have grown into a vertically integrated oil and gas company with operations in oil & gas exploration, trading, drilling, trucking, oilfield equipment sales, pipelines and product sales. True Family Companies also holds significant cattle ranching, banking and real estate ownership.
